Intuitive training is a holistic health concept that takes into account the body, mind, and soul and brings them into a healthy balance. To achieve this, the focus is on you as a person with your individual everyday life and your individual goals.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<div class=\"vc_empty_space\"   style=\"height: 32px\"><span class=\"vc_empty_space_inner\"><\/span><\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>After more than 10 years of strength training in a wide variety of gyms \u2014 from basic to premium \u2014 three fundamental questions arised: Do you enjoy your training? Will you stick with it in the long term? And if not, why not? These three questions led to a fundamental realization: training must be enjoyable in the long term and designed to be challenging and progressive! For me, intuitive training means developing a feel for physical training, being able to trust your own intuition when it comes to designing your individual training program, and training with the necessary sensitivity. On the one hand, this naturally refers to muscle awareness during the execution of exercises, which can be learned. But it also refers to a sense of your own well-being during and after training, because every day is different, as is your form on any given day.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<div class=\"vc_empty_space\"   style=\"height: 32px\"><span class=\"vc_empty_space_inner\"><\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-4\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>\u2192 How am I feeling today in general?<br \/>\u2192 Am I looking forward to my workout? (And if not, why not?)<br \/>\u2192 What can I trust myself to do?
