→ This is a 60-minute consultation in the form of one-on-one coaching (online or on-site).

  • You have questions about health or training-specific issues and would like to have an experienced health coach at your side who can help you with specific recommendations and information.
  • You have questions about effective strength, endurance, or flexibility training.
  • You have questions about specific exercises or want to know how intuitive Training works.
    → I will answer all your questions about fitness, health, and training and help you with your progress on your journey.

Personal Training?

→ This is a 60-minute training session in a private, state-of-the-art Gym in terms of a 1-on-1 coaching.

  • You want a personal trainer at your side who knows exactly what makes sense for you with your individual wishes and goals.
  • You want to train effectively, but you're not sure how to exactly.
  • You have questions about specific exercises or want to know how intuitive Training works.
    → I will answer all your questions about fitness, health, training and design a exercise program specifically for you and with you.

ON TOP – Blood Count Consultation:
If you wish, we can look at your blood count together, and I will advise you on dietary supplements and give you tips and tricks for optimization.
