My website is operated by an external service provider (hosting provider). When you visit my website, the browser you are using automatically transmits information to the website's server and stores it in so-called server log files. This includes, in particular:

  • IP-address of the requesting device,
  • Date and time of access,
  • URL/file accessed,
  • Website from which access is made (referrer URL),
  • Browser and operating system used,
  • Name of the access provider.

This data is necessary for the technical operation of the website in order to deliver the website content correctly, to ensure stability and security, and to detect or prevent misuse.

The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and functional website operation).

The recipients of the data are my hosting service provider [IONOS] and its subcontractors, insofar as they are necessary for technical operations.

If you contact me by email or via the contact form, the data you provide (e.g., name, telephone number, email address, your message) will be processed in order to respond to your inquiry.

The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR insofar as it concerns the initiation or execution of a contract, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).

The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing your request and there are no legal retention obligations to the contrary.

My website uses cookies that are technically necessary to provide the website (e.g., to display the page, for navigation, or to store your cookie settings).

These cookies are necessary for the website to function properly. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR in conjunction with § 25 (2) TDDDG (legitimate interest in a functional online offering).

Tracking or marketing cookies that evaluate your usage behavior for analysis or advertising purposes are not used.

You can set your browser so that it does not accept cookies or informs you before a cookie is stored. However, completely deactivating cookies may result in restrictions in the functionality of the website.

This website uses web fonts from the stored WordPress theme to ensure a consistent and appealing display of fonts. For this purpose, I use the fonts “Montserrat” and “Karla,” which are provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, via the “Google Fonts” service.

When you visit a page, your browser loads the required web fonts directly from Google's servers. In doing so, personal data, in particular your IP address and information about the browser you are using, is transmitted to Google. Transmission to servers of Google LLC in the USA cannot be ruled out.

The legal basis for the use of Google Fonts is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. My legitimate interest lies in ensuring a uniform and visually appealing presentation of my online offering.

Google may also process the data collected via Google Fonts for its own purposes. For more information about data processing by Google, please refer to Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Your personal data will only be transferred to third parties if:

  • this is necessary for the performance of a contract with you (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR),
  • there is a legal obligation to do so (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR),
  • the transfer is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims and there is no overriding legitimate interest on your part that precludes this (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR), or
  • You have expressly consented (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR).

Service providers acting on my behalf (e.g., hosting, email providers) process data on the basis of a data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

You have the following rights with regard to your personal data:

  • Right to access (Art. 15 GDPR),
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR),
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
  • Right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR),
  • Right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal data (Art. 77 GDPR).

You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

If an objection is lodged, I will no longer process the personal data unless I can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Please send your objection to: oliver@intuitiv-training.com

I use technical security measures to protect your data against manipulation, loss, destruction, or unauthorized access.

To secure data transmission, I generally use SSL encryption on my website. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the “https://” in the address bar of your browser and by a lock symbol.

This privacy policy is currently valid and was last updated in November 2025.

Further development of my website or changes in legal or regulatory requirements may necessitate adjustments to this information. The current version can be accessed at any time on this website.
