The Concept

You may be wondering what lies behind the concept of “Intuitiv-Training.” I would like to explain that to you.

I am convinced of a holistic health concept that takes into account the body, mind, and soul and brings them into a health-promoting balance.

Therefore, you as a human-being, with your individual everyday life and your individual goals, are always at the center of attention.

After doing strength training for over 10 years and training or working in a wide variety of gyms—from basic to premium—three fundamental questions always arose for me:

Do people enjoy their training?
Do people stick with it in the long term or not?
And if not, why not?

What resulted from these three questions for me was a fundamental insight:

Training MUST always be enjoyable in the long term, which does not mean that training cannot also be challenging and progressive!

To achieve this, training should always be tailored to the individual and linked to a specific training concept.

What might such a long-term training concept look like?

Fixed training and nutrition plans can be extremely useful and are even necessary in many cases.

However, “Intuitiv-Training” takes a different approach here, primarily aimed at those who want to train without a rigid training or nutrition plan, maintain their flexibility in everyday life and training, and still achieve their athletic and health goals.

What does that mean?

For me, Intuitiv Training means to develop a feeling for physical training, being able to trust your own intuition when it comes to designing your individual training program and to train with the necessary sensitivity. On the one hand, this naturally refers to muscle awareness during the execution of exercises, which can be learned. But it also refers to a sense of your own well-being during and after training, because every day is different, as is your individual form on any given day.

→ How am I feeling today in general?

→ Am I looking forward to my workout? (And if not, why not?)

→ What can I trust myself to do? Where am I perhaps still too cautious or overthinking things, even though I could be training with significantly more weight?

→ How can I train effectively and is it even possible without a written exercise plan?

→ And overall, am I doing the exercises correctly at all?

Intuitiv-Training with Guidance
